Upon completing a website purchase, if you do not immediately see the pass in the “Transit Cards” tab, refresh the screen and your pass will appear. If the pass does not appear under the “Transit Cards” tab, you can check your “Order History” on https://accounts.sunrail.com , to confirm that the pass purchase was processed. Please also verify that the order was placed under the same account and email as your current login.
I purchased a pass online at https://accounts.sunrail.com, but I do not see the pass on my phone.
