Check your junk/spam email folder first. The confirmation email may have ended up there. You should be able to see your purchase under “Transit Cards” tab in the SunRail mobile app (make sure to try the refresh button in the top right of the “My Transit Cards” screen) or online at https://accounts.sunrail.com . If the tickets do not appear under “My Transit Cards,” can check your “Order History” on https://accounts.sunrail.com, to confirm that the ticket purchase was processed successfully.
