First, log in to Rider Web at https://accounts.sunrail.com If you do not have an account, you must create one by selecting ‘Create Account’. Select ‘My Account’ from the upper portion of the screen. Choose ‘Recover Account’ and enter either the username, email address, or yellow SunCard number associated to your old account. You are then prompted to answer the security question from your account. Confirm the balances and SunCard(s) attached to the account. Select ‘Transition my Account’ to recover the selected item(s) to your new account; subsequently, the transit value is available for immediate use and the pass products will be initially applied to your virtual card available inside the SunRail mobile app.
If you transition an account with a hotlisted SunCard associated to that account, your new account will be locked. You must contact SunRail Customer Service (1-855-724-5411) Monday – Friday from 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM to resolve the issue before the account can be used.
