What are the password requirements for Rider Web?

To create or reset a password in Rider Web, it must meet all of the requirements below:

• Be 8-64 characters long
• Include at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
• Include at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
• Include at least 1 number (0-9)
• Include at least 1 special character from this list:  ~`!@#$%^&*()_-+={[}]|:;“”\'<,>.?

Note that once the account is created or the password is reset in Rider Web, the same username and password is used when accessing the account in the SunRail mobile app.
