You should transfer your tickets and passes before resetting your phone, uninstalling the SunRail mobile app or getting a new device if possible. Login to your account on sunrail.transitsherpa.com, navigate to “My Account” and then to “My Tickets and Passes” and click the "Transfer Tickets" button. Follow the instructions to transfer your tickets. Please note, you cannot transfer active single trip tickets.
