Your tickets might be locked. The SunRail mobile app is designed for one user and one device. Opening the app on multiple devices and transferring tickets to them will cause previous ones to become locked. To regain access, first, uninstall and reinstall the app. Some tickets, once activated, cannot be transferred to other devices, or may become locked to the device they were activated on.
